Dr. Carlos Rueda, MD, MBA
Medical Director
Dr. Carlos Rueda has spent more than 20 years caring for patients and leading psychiatry departments, from nursing homes to university teaching hospitals. As PMC's Medical Director, he brings that experience to every evaluation, pairing FDA-approved treatments with care that feels personal.
Heidi Cecere, PA-C
Physician Assistant — Primary Treatment Provider
Heidi Cecere, PA-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University. She began her career as a physician assistant in emergency medicine, where she found her passion for psychedelic medicine. At PMC, Heidi monitors and supports patients during their ketamine and Spravato treatments as they work toward real improvements in their lives.

PMC Psychedelic is located at 25 South Regent Street in Port Chester, New York. Our treatment environment is designed to feel calm, private, and comfortable — not clinical or sterile.
We see patients Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Telehealth consultations are available for initial evaluations.
